Refund policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to us at order@preppbox.se. Your message must clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the goods to be returned.
If you regret your purchase and return the goods, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods within 30 days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notice. The products in the box must be unopened and in good condition.
When you return the goods to us, you are responsible for the return shipping and for ensuring that the goods are not damaged during transportation. Returned goods that have been damaged during return transportation will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount a sum corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the goods in the case of used or damaged products.
We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
custom-made products, which have been specially tailored for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes
services that have been completed and where you have explicitly agreed to the service being started without a right of withdrawal
goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food
single issues of newspapers or magazines.
